TETAS OUT offers original artwork and may also offer prints, apparel, accessories, digital products, creative services, and other artistic goods created, designed, selected, or offered by Leslie Ugarte.

We make every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products and artwork. However, colors and product appearance may differ depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, and other factors.

Original artwork is created by hand. Variations, textures, brushstrokes, markings, and other characteristics may be intentional parts of the artwork and should not necessarily be considered defects.

All product descriptions are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time and may limit quantities or availability when necessary.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.

TETAS OUT reserves the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for any legitimate reason, including product availability, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or inability to fulfill the order.

Your order is not accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

TETAS OUT is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Original artwork is carefully packaged for shipment.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at tetasout@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the damaged item and its packaging.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, all original artwork, designs, illustrations, photographs, graphics, written content, branding, logos, product names, creative concepts, and other original content displayed through TETAS OUT are owned by Leslie Ugarte / TETAS OUT, or are used with permission.

Purchasing an original artwork, print, product, or other item does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, licensing rights, or other intellectual property rights to the purchaser.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, sell, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, or otherwise use the artwork or content of TETAS OUT without prior written permission.

Unauthorized use may violate applicable intellectual property laws.

We may provide access to tools or services offered by third parties that we neither monitor nor control.

Access to such tools is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind.
